Key Booking Consideration
When you book, enter the address of the Miami hotel where you’ll be staying—rather than your home or overseas address—in the main address line or simply drop it into the notes section right before payment. After the reservation is submitted, we’ll follow up by email or text to confirm your pickup schedule, collect your flight number if applicable, and sort out any remaining details.

We exclusively pickup along Collins Avenue (from 5th to 75th Street) Miami Beach and Biscayne Blvd in Downtown Miami.
If you are staying nearby we’ll assign a meeting point close to your hotel.
