In order to receive your full payment, you may cancel your reservation with at least 48 hours in advance of the start date of the activity.
Make your reservation a full 24 hours beforehand; for holidays and busy weekends, grab your spot early to ensure maximum availability.
Yes, worldwide bookings are welcome. We handle global payments and keep overseas travelers updated through WhatsApp and email.
No. We require advance reservations. Please book at least four hours ahead; same-day availability is not guaranteed.
Certainly. To lock in your reservation, we ask for half down on bookings under $199 USD and 30 % on bookings of $200 USD or more.
No. To secure your vehicle, submit a 50 % deposit through our payment link or Zelle. The remaining balance is payable in cash once the driver arrives.
We run XL SUVs for small groups, 12- and 14-passenger vans, plus full-size coaches that seat 40–54 for large events.

Some of our fleet offers Wi-Fi and USB outlets. Inform us in advance if that’s essential, and we’ll reserve a car that meets your needs.
We operate private transfers only. Your car is dedicated to you and your companions—no shared seating.
The day before your trip, we’ll send a text with your driver’s name, the car’s make and license plate, plus detailed curbside pickup instructions.
Don’t stress—we’ll text you If we don’t hear back quickly, the driver will wait there, unless its a no show past a certain time with no response
It rarely happens, since we already include two free hours of waiting. If you’re still inside after that, the ride may be marked a no-show. You can request extra wait time—$30 USD per additional 30-minute block, payable in cash to the driver.

The standard allowance is one large bag plus one carry-on per person. Planning to travel with bulkier or extra pieces (e.g., more bags, musical gear, mobility aids, strollers)? Contact us beforehand so we can accommodate you; there may be an extra charge.
Yes—small pets may ride, but they must remain in a secured carrier. Please let us know in advance.
We include one free child seat for kids under five. If you need an additional seat, request it in advance; it’s $15 USD.
No eating during the trip, please. Water in sealed bottles is the only drink allowed.
We don’t include unscheduled stops in the base fare, but if you arrange a short, nearby stop ahead of time we can accommodate it. A small fee may apply based on the extra time.
Sure thing. Provide 24 hours’ advance notice and, as long as the slot is open, we’ll adjust your pickup time.
