By using the services of Golden Rides Miami, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read this information carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, we ask that you refrain from using our services.

1. Transportation services Golden Rides Miami offers private and shared transportation services to and from various destinations including, but not limited to, Miami Airport, Port of Miami, Key West, Sawgrass Mills Mall, and other tourist spots in and around Miami. We also offer passenger transportation and luxury limousine services for clients seeking comfort and exclusivity.

In some cases, Golden Rides Miami subcontracts third-party services or contracts vehicles with trusted suppliers for private services to ensure a smooth and high-quality experience. These suppliers are directly responsible for the safety and condition of the vehicle, as well as for having the necessary permits and documentation to operate. Golden Rides Miami is not responsible for services provided by third parties or any inconveniences arising from them.

Golden Rides Miami is duly registered and licensed under the Passenger Transportation Services and Limo Services permits, in addition to being licensed as a Seller of Travel (FLA. SELLER OF TRAVEL REF. NO. ST43041), which allows us to offer both private transportation services and tour packages coordinated with third parties.

2. Payments and cancellations Payments: The service must be paid in full prior to delivery, unless special conditions have been agreed to allow partial payment. In certain cases, it is required to pay between 30% and 50% in cash directly to the driver, especially in private transportation services.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours prior to the date of service without penalty. Cancellations made after that period will not be refunded.

3. User Responsibility The passenger is responsible for providing accurate information during the booking process, including pick-up addresses, flight schedules, and number of passengers. Golden Rides Miami is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the client.

In the case of private services, the passenger is responsible for paying directly to the driver any additional charges related to modifications or extra services not included in the original reservation.

4. Drivers and vehicles The vehicles used are top of the line and maintained in excellent condition. Golden Rides Miami may also use subcontracted or rented vehicles specifically for private services. These providers are directly responsible for the safety, condition, and permits of their vehicles.

Golden Rides Miami does not verify or assume responsibility for the permits, licenses, or insurance of subcontracted drivers.

5. Limitation of liability Golden Rides Miami is not responsible for any incident, accident, damage, loss, theft, or injury occurring during the service, except where liability is directly attributable to Golden Rides Miami or its employees. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Accidents or damages occurring during the trip.

• Losses related to activities or services provided by third parties.

• Delays or changes in the itinerary due to weather conditions, traffic, or external causes.

6. Additional Services Additional services such as Meet and Greet, child seats, or other extras must be requested and paid for at the time of booking. Golden Rides Miami coordinates such services but is not responsible for failures or changes made by outside vendors.

7. Subcontracting and third parties In some cases, Golden Rides Miami may subcontract parts of the service to third parties or hire additional vehicles for private services. These providers are directly responsible for their services and must comply with all regulations in force in the state of Florida as of 2025. Golden Rides Miami is not responsible for subcontracted services or for damages, delays, or failures caused by third parties.

Third-party suppliers may include, but are not limited to, transportation companies, tour guides, and activity providers. While Golden Rides Miami verifies that they have the permits and insurance required by Florida law, it assumes no liability for damages caused by their actions.

8. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, U.S.A., and any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

9. Privacy and security Golden Rides Miami is committed to protecting your privacy. The personal information provided during the reservation will be used exclusively to manage the booking and ensure the service. We do not share or sell information to third parties.
