Some of our fleet offers Wi-Fi and USB outlets. Inform us in advance if that’s essential, and we’ll reserve a car that meets your needs.

We use curbside pickup only. Text us your exit gate and the driver will pull up within minutes—faster than the classic sign-and-greet. If you’d rather have a driver waiting with a name sign inside the terminal, we can arrange it for $20.
The day before your trip, we’ll send a text with your driver’s name, the car’s make and license plate, plus detailed curbside pickup instructions.
Don’t stress—we’ll text you when your flight touches down. If we don’t hear back quickly, the driver will head to the international arrivals hall by default. Wait there and we’ll find you; we never leave anyone behind.
Domestic flights: driver waits up to 60 minutes after arrival
International flights: 120 minutes of complimentary wait time
Hotel pickups: 15-minute grace period
Port pickups: driver waits up to 60 minutes past the agreed time
It rarely happens, since we already include two free hours of waiting. If you’re still inside after that, the ride may be marked a no-show. You can request extra wait time—$30 USD per additional 30-minute block, payable in cash to the driver.

The standard allowance is one large bag plus one carry-on per person. Planning to travel with bulkier or extra pieces (e.g., more bags, musical gear, mobility aids, strollers)? Contact us beforehand so we can accommodate you; there may be an extra charge.
Yes—small pets may ride, but they must remain in a secured carrier. Please let us know in advance.
We include one free child seat for kids under five. If you need an additional seat, request it in advance; it’s $15 USD.
No eating during the trip, please. Water in sealed bottles is the only drink allowed.
We don’t include unscheduled stops in the base fare, but if you arrange a short, nearby stop ahead of time we can accommodate it. A small fee may apply based on the extra time.
