Terms and Conditions For This Service

Golden Rides MiamiLast updated: 01/01/2025

By booking or using any service offered by Activities Miami and our 3rd parties, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully. If you do not accept these terms, do not use our services.

1) Scope of Services

Activities Miami provides private and shared transportation to and from a variety of destinations, including (but not limited to) Miami International Airport, Port of Miami, Key West, Sawgrass Mills Mall, and other attractions in and around Miami. We also offer passenger transport and luxury limousine services for clients seeking added comfort and exclusivity.

At times, Activities Miami may subcontract services or arrange vehicles through trusted third-party suppliers to ensure a smooth, high-quality experience. These suppliers are solely responsible for their vehicles’ safety, condition, permits, and documentation. Activities Miami is not liable for services delivered by third parties or for any issues arising from them.

2) Licensing & Registration

Activities Miami is properly registered and licensed under Passenger Transportation Services and Limo Services permits, and is also licensed as a Seller of Travel (FLA. SELLER OF TRAVEL REF. NO. ST43041). These authorizations allow us to offer both private transportation and tour packages coordinated with third parties.

3) Payments & Cancellations

Payments. Unless otherwise agreed, services must be paid in full prior to service. In certain cases—especially for private transportation—you may be required to pay 30%–50% in cash directly to the driver.

Cancellations. You may cancel up to 48 hours before the service date without penalty. Cancellations after that window are non-refundable.

4) Passenger Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate booking details, including pickup locations, flight information, and passenger count. Activities Miami is not responsible for delays, errors, or costs resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.

For private services, the passenger agrees to pay the driver directly for any additional charges tied to changes, extra services, or modifications not included in the original reservation.

5) Vehicles & Drivers

Vehicles used are late-model, well-maintained, and kept in excellent condition. For certain private services, Activities Miami may use subcontracted or rented vehicles. Those providers are directly responsible for their vehicles’ safety, condition, permits, and insurance.

Golden Rides Miami does not verify or assume responsibility for the permits, licenses, or insurance of subcontracted drivers.

6) Limitation of Liability

Activities Miami is not responsible for any incident, accident, damage, loss, theft, or injury occurring during the service, except where liability is directly attributable to Activities Miami or its employees. This limitation includes, without limitation:

  • Accidents or damages occurring during travel

  • Losses tied to third-party activities or services

  • Delays or itinerary changes due to weather, traffic, or other external factors

7) Additional Services

Add-ons such as Meet & Greet, child seats, or other extras must be requested and paid at the time of booking. Activities Miami will coordinate such services, but is not responsible for failures or changes made by outside vendors.

8) Subcontracting & Third Parties

Activities Miami may subcontract portions of a service or secure additional vehicles through third parties. These providers are fully responsible for their services and must comply with all applicable Florida regulations as of 2025. Activities Miami is not liable for subcontracted services or for damages, delays, or failures caused by third parties.

Third-party providers may include transportation companies, tour guides, and activity operators. While vendors are expected to maintain required permits and insurance per Florida law, Activities Miami assumes no liability for damages resulting from their actions.

9) Governing Law & Venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, U.S.A. Any dispute shall be brought in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

10) Privacy & Security

Activities Miami is committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during booking is used solely to manage and deliver your reservation. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
