The day before your trip, we’ll send a text with your driver’s name, the car’s make and license plate, plus detailed curbside pickup instructions.
Don’t stress—we’ll text you when your flight touches down. If we don’t hear back quickly, the driver will head to the international arrivals hall by default. Wait there and we’ll find you; we never leave anyone behind.

It rarely happens, since we already include two free hours of waiting. If you’re still inside after that, the ride may be marked a no-show. You can request extra wait time—$30 USD per additional 30-minute block, payable in cash to the driver.
