Certainly. To lock in your reservation, we ask for half down on bookings under $199 USD and 30 % on bookings of $200 USD or more.

💵 Can I pay in cash when I arrive?

No. To secure your vehicle, submit a 50 % deposit through our payment link or Zelle. The remaining balance is payable in cash once the driver arrives.

📞 What should I do if I can’t reach my driver?

Don’t stress—we’ll text you If we don’t hear back quickly, the driver will wait there, unless its a no show past a certain time with no response

⏳ How do you manage pickups when passengers need more time?

It rarely happens, since we already include two free hours of waiting. If you’re still inside after that, the ride may be marked a no-show. You can request extra wait time—$30 USD per additional 30-minute block, payable in cash to the driver.
