We charge for our service in advance to guarantee your booking and prevent last-minute cancellations. You can pay a small deposit to reserve, with the remaining balance paid directly to the driver on the day of travel.

Reservations are valid only for the date purchased.

Certainly. To lock in your reservation, we ask for half down on bookings under $199 USD and 30 % on bookings of $200 USD or more.

💵 Can I pay in cash when I arrive?

No. To secure your vehicle, submit a 50 % deposit through our payment link or Zelle. The remaining balance is payable in cash once the driver arrives.

🚗 Is airport pickup the only option you offer?

No—our service covers hotels, ports, rail terminals, restaurants, and private addresses in addition to the airport.

The day before your trip, we’ll send a text with your driver’s name, the car’s make and license plate, plus detailed curbside pickup instructions.

📞 What should I do if I can’t reach my driver?

Don’t stress—we’ll text you when your flight touches down. If we don’t hear back quickly, the driver will head to the international arrivals hall by default. Wait there and we’ll find you; we never leave anyone behind.
