You can move a booked pickup time with 24 or more hours of notice, subject to availability. Cancellations made 24 or more hours before pickup receive a full refund; within 24 hours of the pickup the booking is non-refundable. Requests made under 24 hours out are still reviewed by hand, though availability is not guaranteed, so earlier is always safer.
