Don’t stress—we’ll text you when your flight touches down. If we don’t hear back quickly, the driver will head to the international arrivals hall by default. Wait there and we’ll find you; we never leave anyone behind.
It rarely happens, since we already include two free hours of waiting. If you’re still a no show, the ride will be marked a no-show. You can request extra wait time—$30 USD per additional 30-minute block, payable in cash to the driver.

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.
